Recently our court system was given a chance to redeem itself. So far, every court addressing the eligibility question has caved in, refused to exercise their responsibility in upholding the US Constitution, and have thrown out perfectly legal challenges to the President’s questionable claims of citizenship and resulting identity fraud. Refusing to hear these Constitutional arguments based upon procedural questions rather than arguing the validity of the evidence itself, the US federal court system has proven itself a mere pawn of partisan political influence never intended by our founding fathers. This is unquestionably a travesty of justice, and a tragedy for all Americans as their justice system has demonstrated its unwillingness to defend the very Constitution that established the structure of the entire American government.
