Obama Revises Executive Order For Defense

President Barack Obama has legal minds wondering if his update of the presidential authority to take over the national defense resources during an emergency is his attempt to expand his power, or is he trying to organize rules that have been in the making for 18 years.

Last Friday, Obama signed the order that revokes an earlier one that President Clinton put in place back in 1994. The new executive order say any other ones previously issued by presidents who were in office previously, shall remain effective unless they are not consistent with his new executive order.

According to the order’s contents, its purpose is to ensure the U.S. is ready to mobilize industrial and technological resources that are capable of meeting the requirement of the national defense and make sure the technical superiority of its peacetime national defense equipment, as well as during a time of national emergency.

The order dictates that agencies in the Cabinet need to determine civilian and military staffing and have access to all resources such as suppliers, skilled labor, technical and professional personnel and materials. It also is to ensure the government of the U.S. is prepared in case of a potential threat to provide the security of the United States.

The Homeland Security Secretary is given the authority by the order to issue any guidance to other heads of departments to activate and establish a NDER – National Defense Executive Reserve. The NDER has experts in both the public and private sector, though not full-time public employees. These experts will occupy executive positions in the government if a national defense emergency takes place.

I really think this bastard usurper is going mentally insane. As far as "Continuity".....I don't see it, hopefully, We, The People will interrupt this criminal continuity and vaporize this immoral, criminal system that's in place.

Comment by Cryptocurrency on April 19, 2012 at 6:00pm: Strange, they keep introducing and passing legislation that grants them the same continuity of government powers as previous law. I don't think the actual passing of some of this stuff is of any consequence at this stage. It's more of a conditioning process to get us to accept tyranny. E.g the Military Commissions act and PDD 51 accomplished virtually the same thing as this revision.

A Muslim fundamentalist group is organizing a conference focused on turning Austria and other European countries into Islamic states.

“The “Caliphate Conference 2012” will be held on March 10 in the Austrian town of Vösendorf, situated just south of Vienna. The main theme of the event will be “The Caliphate: The State Model of the Future.”

“The conference is being organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir [Party of Liberation], a pan-Islamic extremist group that seeks to establish a global Islamic state, or caliphate, ruled by Islamic Sharia law.”

Shortly thereafter, WND published the article “Planning for Islamic Caliphate Begins” in which it exposes a December 2011 Islamist Conference held in Washington D.C.—also with support from Obama—at which Sec. of State Hillary Clinton spoke in favor of the Islamists’ plans to stop anti-Islam speech in the USA. The “Istanbul Process” (also SURPRISE—SURPRISE is supported by the U.N.) would deny anti-Islamic speech, only, and if any anti-Muslim/Islam speech leads to said Muslims rioting and pillaging (which is what they do on a regular basis, anyway) the speaker would be held liable, jailed or worse.
