OK, so my sex-politics-religion blog series is almost over. This does NOT mean I've covered everything I want to say.

To me, religion is personal, not the 'faith->religion->politics' dynamic I used in the last time. (Thou I still think politics worships communication, media and power.)

Like man = muscle hustle and brains, religion is all three, all at at same time.

Yes, I'm catholic. (Or was. Weddings and funerals, these days.) And yes, I'm pragmatic. That 3-layer stuff is just the three universal categories. (object, relations, mediation; Peirce.)

is actually how I think of religion. (Yes, Weber rationalist, I know, I know.) Pick a diagonal and ruminate for a while if ya want to. Down, across or sideways. Or mix the order up.

There is also personal metaphysics. The Aquinas yes/no essay does the existence of God for me. Not only the origin of universe, the existence of. The proof of god is the material world around me.

NOT that the current theory really applies.16 dimensional physics? Eww. I use 9 myself.

And could show you some interesting tricks with Pierce's way, shape or form. HA!

Meat, electronics and the personality center or soul.

Mind, body and soul debates? Personal, social and cosmic existence are three separate realities to me. Thought, deed and reaction are too. So is attitude, personality and character.

Believing in an afterlife or soul seems to indicate ghosts, right? Logically speaking? By me, about the same way education implies Dr. Livingston in Africa. (A famous missionary.)

Rare.

I am my own priest. Following a couple simple principals gets above greed, vanity and power problems for me.

1: The way is open and you will not be denied. (Free will + sech. Free will, destiny and evolution all co-exist for me.)

2: Accept, ask, work. Ya need all three. Assume the calculus and see what comes out.

3: When you walk the desert of your soul, I will be with you.
If you can candle your way out of the sea of usual souls, you'll get noticed. And helped.

4: Matter is energy is vibration is music is perfect communication. (The multi-verse is blue, yes?)

5: MOST major religions have re-birth as an element. Where's there's lots of smoke, there's something worth checking out, right?

6: God wants company, not clones. Get yer game on.

So I mediate. Electronic body-building. Develop, improve, research.

Since ya won't know what a mirror was without help, Baba Ram Das's (one of Leary's Harvard buddies) did a book called 'Wheels of Life'.
I use it as a simple cross cultural 'electronic anatomy' text. Works for me.

(Not being bright enough is one of the WORST puns I've ever heard.) There's a lifetime of personal weirdness for me to muse on, too. Meat, electronics and a 'personality center or soul' moments of awareness and activity.

As far as dreams go, I ferry people past death, (And have since I was 5 years old. They back-visit on the grand tour sometimes, too.) do the desert bit and probably have other electro-magnetic environmental functions I'm not aware of yet.

Babies, animals and trees seem to like me. I don't worry about it, I just (more or less spontaneously) catalyze development things.

A level 5 psychic, (priest class), color blue. Peace means a lot to me.

And so far, I've not been troubled with money, power or fame.

About evil... It's a necessary evolutionary force. Like human, nature and cosmic justice.

My assumption there is we are here to grow past it.
