A very dear friend of mine passed today, he was a mere 48 years old. In between the tears tonight I felt inclined to share my thoughts on our health with you today. If you have been here awhile you may have notice my tendency to cover health, nutrition, and survival skills in my postings. I do this to share as well as to reinforce my own desire to live and thrive the best I can.
My friend had an awful diet, did very little as far as exercise and allowed himself to become stressed over the simplest of things. In the end he suffered a massive heart attack, which unbelieveably, is common these days for his age. It is, of course, easier to point out the poor diets and unhealthy choices others make before reflecting inward, but I do hope you all will do just that.
If you cant find it in yourself to try, consider those you may eventualy leave behind. I feel in my heart this death could have been prevented, and over the years I tried to do my part as a friend, to educate, insist and even demand that my dear friend would just take care.

Thank you greg and tara. This site is my cyber home, and you guys are truly family, and i thank you all for this needed outlet. Seems it is true about anger being part of the grieving process. I am angry a young lady will not grow up with a dad, i am angry that i lost a friend of three decades while true friendships become harder to achieve . I am angry at the nwo world where the basic desire to survive has been breed and brainwashed out of so many. this fight we do here is for our very own lives and this tragedy parallels so many battles we face as we continue to try to warn our loved ones of the ever growing dangers that loom.

My heart goes out to ya James. I'm really sorry to hear about your beloved friend. It's tough to be in a position of seeing someone slowly self destruct and being powerless to not be able to help them. You were a good friend for trying to help him nonetheless. Just know and have peace that he is in a better place.
Thanks for opening up your heart and concern with us. I along with many here on 12160 appreciate all that you do here and the health and survival info you put out there is of the greatest of importance. Without health we can have no survival and without survival we are dead in the woods.
