Actually I got word tonight that there are a lot of votes not counted, so it may not have failed. Just 1 of the counties has more than enough to pass, plus some.

Did Prop 37 really lose or was it vote fraud?

On election night, not long after the polls closed in California, the announcement came out: Prop 37 was losing. A little while later, it was all over. 37 had gone down to defeat.

But is that the whole story? No.

As of 2:30PM today, Thursday, November 8th, two days after the election, many votes in California remain uncounted.

I tried to find out how many.

It turns out that the Secretary of State of CA, responsible for elections in the state, doesn't know.

I was told all counties in California have been asked, not ordered, to report in with those figures. It's voluntary.

So I picked out a few of the biggest counties and called their voter registrar offices. Here are the boggling results:

By the way, it's only optional the precincts with thousands, even hundred of thousands of uncounted votes reports their tallies to the the Sec. of State.

I live in WA state, HOPEFULLY we have learned from this election (although I DO believe there has been election fraud) and we WILL get this passed.  GMO's WILL be banned one day in our state, or at least labeled.

Organic cane sugar is actually good for you everything in nature has a part to play ~ my after thought is the legalization of pot being allowed to pass by ballot is such bullsh*t as i do think pot should be legal my thought is it was a concession on the controllers part to divert attention away from the GMO labeling failing it seems impossible that the same people who "voted for pot" pulled the lever against labeling unless of course they HATE THERE CHILDREN !!
