Ron Paul message to supporters

The Republican National Convention begins on August 27, and you and I have some critical work to do to get ready.

As I shared last week, my campaign will have as many as 200 bound delegates and several hundred more on the convention floor who support our issues.

To stand with my delegates, I will be holding an important rally in Tampa on Sunday, August 26th. Everyone is welcome to attend. In fact, I’m hoping we’ll have a wonderful crowd.

The goal of this rally is to kick off the week for our delegates, set the proper respectful and positive tone, and prove to the GOP establishment that you and I are the future of the Republican Party – and that we stand behind our beliefs 100%.

Today, I shot a video sharing my thoughts on my campaign’s successes and how we will advance our ideas in Tampa. I do hope you’ll take a moment to watch it.

Of course, my campaign is still competing in several state conventions still yet to come. And we have a lot of planning to do to prepare for the convention.

Tampa is an important step toward restoring liberty in our country and setting the stage for victories yet to come.

Comment by rtaylortitle on June 18, 2012 at 8:13am: Ron...you screwup big time when you first found out about voter fraud in Iowa (continuing into Maine) and did NOTHING to object. You could be running now as an independent with a chance to win a plurality of the vote in November if you had, back then, called a press conference and announced that there was massive voter fraud going on by the GOP machine and you were moving to an Independent 3rd party. Now what has happened is that you have lost probably hundreds of thousands (if not more) support including myself. You betrayed our principles at a pivotal time in history. I'm thoroughly disappointed in you and your son.

Comment by Al Singer on June 16, 2012 at 6:45pm: Ron Paul could have tried to join with the Libertarian party after succeeding so well in the primaries or even tried to fire up his base by starting a grass roots movement. Even if it wasn't successful, it might have started something long term. Someone has to at least break the two party system for once. I'm beginning to feel that Tarpley is correct and that this was planned long ago.

But what Paul don't see is that he is so close to being victorious even overwhelming the RP that he can't see it and you are about to walk away and loose it all.

All of Romney’s campaign messages were opposite Ron Paul’s, and now he's pulled a switch-a-roo and says he supports everything Ron Paul does.

How can that be?

You know as well as the rest of us what liars they are and that if someone has a chance of beating them they will do anything, or say anything to defeat us because they have alot to lose. That is the Devil's way, and who we are truly fighting.

Being kind to your enemies is being cruel to yourself.

In a nutshell, Chen Shway Bien fought a long hard fight (12 years) to the presidency and against the Oligarcy ,later, because he kept on being nice to his political enemies and wouldn't reform the system or change the legislature when he had the chance so his political enemies sent him to the slammer for 5 years for supposed embezzlement, which were actually just trumpet up charges in a Taiwan kangaroo court. Think something like that can't happen in Amerika, think again.

It's never the wrong time to do the right thing, provided there is still time.

Alex Jones said via Charlie Skelton that Ron Paul has been really pissing off the globalists and they have even threatened him and his supporters at the Chantilly, VA, Bilterburg meeting, a good sign of victory, and now you want to be nicey nicey and compromise with them?

Let me tell you, if the Devil can't get you to stop your good work of restoring Liberty he will try to get you to compromise your conviction with half-truths that make you doubt your convictions or not live up to them fully. He knows that you 'll never make peace with him in your war on this evil tyranny they are setting up so he is tempting you with a temporary truce. A place under Romney which will ruin your following if you fall for it.

Whatever you do from here on out will be a pivotal move if you let your guard down in the war for liberty it will give them a chance to strike you below the belt in this unguarded moment of danger that can put us all in our graves. Stay on track!

I'm glad he came out of his oh shit bunker and stood in front of a green screen, odd in and of itself. SO Dr. Paul we're still going to be changing the Rep. party? REALLY?!? I'm sure the drug warriors and war mongers will be receptive to our message now that we lost and are going to have a nifty rally thing in Tampa. I wish I could be a glass half full type of guy but I happen to know the glass and the water are an illusion. Trying to change the Rep. party is like fighting a drone army in stead of just blasting the control station!! No I don't like bashing my bare scull against the wall anymore this is stupid!

I believe that this is the last time we will have a chance to get our government back peacefully. If Freedom can't win at the ballot box this time, it will then be time for bullets as there will be no other way to get our country back. That's my feeling, take it or leave it. I hope that there will be a better way presented. I don't see one at this time.

I wish Ron would have dumped the Republican party and run 3rd party. The Democrats and Republicans will not live forever as the people awaken.
