There are presently people in 7 states trying to form common law grand juries. The supreme court, from a recent decision, considers this the 4th state of our government. The executive, congressional, judicial, and the peoples grand jury. It will be comprised of ordinary citizens with NO LAWYERS. Once constructed, the courts will have to try any people this…
