The sub Saharan and Middle Eastern cultures have come up with these ingenuous technologies like the above. Cow blowing, phooka, or doom dev, Kuhblasen,  is a method in which forceful blowing of air into a cow's vagina (or sometimes anus) is applied to induce her to produce more milk.

Oh, but don't forget their biggest invention, The ZERO! Or was it invented in India?
