The Big Con (servative) government was killed on a Canadian first. Contempt of Parliament while in parliament.

Lie cheat steal kill wasn't quite enough, I guess. The big Con also went for coverup, denial, hot mistresses, electing f-35 lobbyists, altering memos, destroying the social nets, devising new and improved money-making monopolies by ash-canning civil liberties, natural foods, honest reporting, new G-20 gestapo tactics, the oil-sands at any cost and eating their young.

Watching bell Telus, Rogers (et al) try to absorb/destroy new vid services, 404 censor the web and install a permanent police presence for all on-line activity is almost mundane, I guess.

Canada's e-services are the slowest and most expensive world-wide already.

Once you realize politics is mostly cannibalism, it gets easier.

Plus, officially, the real problems don't exist yet. Recessions, Japan's triple whammy, European finance defaults, Libya, pollution, climate change, super-bugs....
