Some of you Dogs may find this OFFENSIVE (like I care)
This morning I went to sign my Dogs up for welfare. At first the lady said,
"Dogs are not eligible to draw welfare".
So I explained to her that my Dogs are mixed in color, unemployed, lazy,
can't speak English and have no clue who their Daddies are.
They expect me to feed them, provide them with housing and medical care and
feel guilty because they are dogs.
So she looked in her policy book to see what it takes to qualify.
My Dogs get their first checks Friday.
Damn, this is a great country!!

I have been found out.
I AM A RACIST, DOG HATING, ELITIST WHO THINKS POOR PEOPLE ARE ONLY POOR BECAUSE THEY ARE LAZY.
It's a joke people, get over yourselves and do what PH suggests then maybe we won't need the nanny state government to take care of our light work and make people dependent on the NWO.

I understood the point you were trying to make 'under' and in no way was I pointing my comment at you. It is obvious to me the intent of this joke was racially motivated and it angers me to see that people are still pointing fingers at a race of people instead of going after the true culprits, the Globalists (NWO) who are responsible for the expanding welfare state in the US.

Yes, I find this offensive! Most people that are on welfare nowadays are unemployed yes, but it has little to do with being lazy, mixed in color or not being able to speak english or know who their daddies are. It is the economy and people loosing their jobs and the new class of workers.....the working poor that has contributed to the ever growing welfare state.
I guess my mom was a dog too huh? After my parents divorced many years back she had no choice but to be on welfare for awhile to feed her kids.
This reeks of racism IMO whether it is satirical or not.
