Guess the Department of Education's Tazers were not doing enough to terrorize the children into submission. Gonna have to put some buckshot into them. That will teach them to respect authority.

Just what the hell do they need shotguns for? It's peculiar indeed. It sounds like the public schools (or should I say prisons) need their Special Agents to crack down on all those unruly kids. With all these stories circulating around about them arresting kids over normal everyday kid behavior, it definetely makes one wonder why they would need shotguns and for what purpose.
