Well I couldn't agree more with your assessment of the patriots arming themselves. An AK47 isn't much of a match for a pilot-less Predator Drone with 500 pound bombs.

Sadly, I have taken myself out of the mess by closing my bank account, refusing to use credit cards and buying only food and a bit of gas. In fact we're going to stop paying our mortgage after the next partial payment, not that we can't pay it but that it isn't at our age worth paying anymore. The house is worth less than we owe and we're too old to wait 40 years for the value to increase, if it ever does. We'd rather rent and give up shoveling snow and cutting the lawn and minor maintenance.

It's just not in my nature to give up on millions of innocent people although I do recognize that that's what I've had to do. It's terribly frustrating to have conversations with totally clueless people that defend ridiculous positions based on media fantasy. Very frustrating. However it's been an open window into the total control that the government via that media actually has.

Being that I'm well past the 2/3rds of life and probably past the 3/4 mark I don't have all that many years left, maybe 20 at the very most so I really could care less at this point what happens. I do have children but they're grown and will just have to fend for themselves and my grandchildren will have to do the same.

I need to say, I enjoy every moment that I have. Learning about global politics, national issues, chemical food additives and contaminants, the weather, it's all fascinating when you actually have the time, retired as I am, to study, read, look at a variety of viewpoints and ponder what reality might really be from a critical perspective using facts. It also makes talking to regular folks almost pointless. I know. I was one of them before I retired. I didn't have the time to read then either. Although I've always been quite afraid of government and convinced they were deceitful I hadn't realized the depth of that perception until retiring.

Anyway, it's really been a pleasure talking with you and the knowledge that there are other people that recognize the deception is at least helpful and comforting. Sad that there are so few though.

By the way, think about my supposition here. There will never be a need for FEMA camps in America because too many people are too stupid. They get vaccinated, obtain credit, and watch TV and they believe what they see. They eat adulterated poisonous food and feed it to their kids and wonder why they have diabetes, are overweight and sustain neurological and heart damage. Duh. FEMA camps are unnecessary when you have a population like ours.

I wholeheartedly retract my statement questioning you motives.

Excellent comment, and I will categorically agree with all you said. I'm still not convinced you got my idea. I expect to get a fair bit of flak for this next comment but I feel it needs said.

Sod the sheeple, leave them to be controlled and indoctrinated by their mass media moguls. If FEMA do start rounding them up it's their problem, a lot of people will lose many friends and family and I will pity them but not morn for them. The masses of humanity lives in this low level funk, wallowing along in a stupor and it takes a sharp shock to wake them up.

Now consider this, thousands might lie dead, disease is rampant and the survivors now hardened, reforged if you will into a vindictive swarm intent on revenge. Now you have martyrs by the thousands and if a man is willing to lay down his life then very little will stop him from killing you.

If and I do mean if, something like that does happen I'll focus on the goal at hand, survival.

I appreciate your view on the system, flawed, corrupt, over complicated so the dumbed down idiots can't even scratch their arses without a solicitor. Rigged elections, false elections, economically all out of balance. And my remedy is to take myself and all I can save out of that madhouse, as long as those I love are safe I'll not lose too much sleep other than for the innocents.

But again I come back to the if, the system of "law" operates on solely on conflict or the perception of conflict, offer none and you cannot stand under their jurisdiction. Once you have that, you can help teach others, if enough do we may have a fighting chance.

Patriots who start fighting first will bring a swift and lethal response, we need to offer no violence until there is sufficient recourse and watch for those in our midst that will instigate just what we don't want. Don't give up on common law yet, we have remedy and it is building as we speak, imagine processes that can bypass courts, lawyers and police. Imagine incontestable remedy. Imagine ripping the very core of their power out of their hands before they can claim it, trust me, we will hurt them and if this strike motivates a few more then it's worth it. And teach others how to do it to.

Anyhow, I've said my piece.

I haven't surrendered to apathy, neither have you, but millions, perhaps here in the US as many as 300 million, have. That's how the two party system has managed to maintain itself.

Ron Paul wasn't electable, Cynthia McKinney wasn't electable, Bob Barr wasn't electable and Ralph Nader wasn't electable. They ran and they'll run again. McCain and Palin were and Obama and Biden got elected, if we really had elections and I'm not certain we did since the majority of votes are counted electronically without citizen oversight.

As you stated, those who control the law control virtually everything. But they also control the money, commerce, food, health care, the military and really, everything else.

Now I'm not saying I'm surrendering to apathy. What I am surrendering to is the overwhelming population of dumbasses who refuse to manage their time properly while working and raising families and see entertainment and relaxation above their incumbent responsibility to educate themselves and their offspring through investigation, reading, as to national and global events.

I have frequent conversations on Facebook, a decidedly mainstream media resource, with people regarding Socialism, National Politics and Food Safety. These people develop and argue to support opinions based not on an educated position or even logic but on Fox, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN and other sound bytes. They are, in a word, clueless.

As an example, I had a recent argument about the Thimerosal in vaccines being suggested to contribute to Autism. I was laughed at. Did one of those people bother to read the 2003 Congressional investigation Report that determined that? No. Have they read it since? No. Do they believe a Congressional Report even exists? They probably don't care since they've made up their minds and have no desire to dig deeper. But there exists a Congressional Investigative Report, buried by the media of course, that determined a direct connection between vaccines and Autism from 2003.

I had a similar discussion on Socialism and Venezuela with a Tea Party group, OTown TeaParty. They are vehemently opposed to Socialism BUT they haven't a clue what it is, can't verbalize the tenets or dogma surrounding it, haven't read the Venezuelan Constitution and probably can't precisely locate Venezuela on the map yet Hugo Chavez is a villain of the worst kind. While I support no government Chavez has made incredible strides in Venezuela and I'm willing to look at the evidence with an open mind. They aren't and again argue topics with a passion when they have no facts to support their conclusions other than 'the TV told them so.'

That's the level of intellect held by most of America. The entire population of this site is under 1,000 and the active members are probably under 100 against a total US population of 330 million. The numbers make the problem quite obvious.

It isn't the NWO but of course that's part of the problem. The real problem is that the strides people like you and I make personally are negated 1000 times over, a million times over by the uneducated masses and that's not something that's going to change.

Many people present the argument that 'people are waking up' and I would counter that they may have momentarily awoken but they roll back over and go back to sleep even more quickly.

I'm a realist. I work with facts. I don't entertain fantasy. America is dull, dreary and it isn't doomed. It's already baked, turned and fried. It's got a black cloud above it and the social weather is dismal.

You have missed my point entirely though, let me clarify.

Where does their power come from? The people, governed by consent.

What is their means of control? The law.

It's that simple, a the two-tier legal system across almost every nation of consequence. Controlling that, the Law society, who makes the rules of the law society? They do, only them.

A rule of society is a statute and the regulation is the legislature and applies only to that society. Or those that beg the society to rule them by casting aside their inalienable rights under common law to be ruled under the force of law.

There is a difference between legal and lawful.
They are losing more every day, their control is based on lies, and those people who can still think out of the box are discovering this.

A left/right, liberal/conservative, Democratic/Republican paradigm? Nope.

BUT, enough people do still believe in it to perpetuate it. We elected Obama and McCain came in second. Next election cycle we'll do it again.

14% is wishful thinking. I used to be an advocate of peaceful rebellion or peaceful revolution but now, that and a quarter won't get you even a cup of coffee and the only way to unseat criminal sociopaths is with violence and since we, the people, aren't geared up and militarized nor do we have the means to come even close to matching the power of power, we're simply going to have to be comfortable with watching the show.

Perhaps you aren't understanding? We're about to attack Marjah, in Helmand province, and bomb it to rubble. We did that already in Fallujah and Ramalah. Iraq is no longer a 3rd world country, it's bombed back to the stone age. Maybe in 50 years Iraq might once again reach 3rd world status even though it was the single most advanced country in the Middle East a few short years ago. Afghanistan, though most of the real news is blacked out, is on the way to experiencing very much the same. We've begun building a base on Socotra, an island owned by Yemen just off the coast and we have Special Ops on the ground there. Our Predator Drones are bombing Houthi's in the north and separatists in the south while we support a brutal dictatorship against people with legitimate grievances. Iran and Venezuela are next. While Americans are predisposed to, well, I'm not sure but it isn't global politics, the US government is conquering the world and killing millions of innocent non-white people while doing so.

Perhaps if they had a golf bag in their trunks they'd be safe?

Then let’s be blunt and say we'll have to cut the wheat from the chaff. Those of sufficient calibre will oppose in any way they can, even if it's just to survive. Those with conviction and something to fight for will do so. In a corner I would rend any that threatened my family, they can have my possessions. If you check my blogs though you will see I am an advocate of peaceful rebellion/revolution which I do every single day.

And there are more than 3, Alan Watt estimated 14% are awake and ready to take action, it also could be noted that a mere 5% kicked the brits out of America. Guess what, see a good portion of that other 95%, they supported those freedom fighters in any way they could.

Finally and the most damning is if you still believe in a left right paradigm and you frequent this type of group... Well I would seriously have to consider your motives in this movement.

There are 330+ million people in this country. Millions of them don't even have access to the internet. Those millions get nothing but the news from propaganda machines. Several millions more don't bother to access the internet for valuable information and even millions more believe Fox News. Keep dreaming. The Democrats and Republicans are very much in control.

Jeez buddy, glass is half empty. I agree America won't be here shortly, but more than likely it will be in a different form. Who knows, once the terrorstorm is over, do you believe the negative individuals or sheep will be in control, or might it be more likely that those who empower themselves will triumph.

I could quote examples, thousands of instances of that crucial spark in just the right spot, but hey! Why bother, we're all dog food anyway.

Don't take this personaly but how about a little constructive input, just a little. I can't order you to, nor can you order me. But we COULD work together and even have a laugh or two in the process.
