What a dope! Hunt for fly tipper who dumped £15,000 worth of cannabis at the side of the road

Hundreds of cannabis plants worth thousands of pounds were found discarded by the roadside in Manchester yesterday morning.
Police are now on the hunt for those responsible for dumping the plants estimated to be worth £15,000.
About 340 plants were found still in their pots on a patch of waste-ground in Chadderton, Oldham.
