A few years ago I had the miss fortune of having the police coming to my house and after arresting the person I had called them to remove from MY house they asked to search my house. I refused and they then informed me that if I refused they would arrest me and search it anyway. So I refused and they did arrest me and took me to jail, then taped off my house with the yellow police tape, staked a officer in front of my house and refused to let my children in to feed and water our dog and cat for all three days I was held. During this time they combed through my house took my eight shot 22 pistol that I inherited from my grandparents. Trump up eight charges against me and told my children and my parents they needed to prepare for me to be gone for a long time. To make a long story short I walked out of the court house with all the charges dropped. Although, they kept my gun, even though I tried for months to get it back. Repeatedly pulled me over after this event, still to this day they ask for every ones ID when I am pulled over for any reason. I would like to ask have any of you ever heard of the infraction of driving to close to the fog line? Just wondering? I had never heard of this before I was pulled over for it, personally.
