When I was typing about the paperless billing, I used the word "cockroach" we know what that is, they think I was using the other word. HOW FCC IS THAT??

It's not that .. not yet.
Web site programs like forums, blogs, and bulletin boards have options for the admin built in.
This one for example is a banned words little script within the T-Mobile forum.
The admin determines which words they want to ban and what to replace them with.
