Sept 19,2009 - Internet and Webmail Outage - Estimated occurance 1:45 AM to 2:47 PM -
For Virginia Beach, Chesapeake VA area. - Unable to connect to the internet and use
the telephone. Cable television service was still available.

Sept 21, 2009 - Internet and Webmail Outage - Estimated Occurance - 2:30 AM to 2:54 AM For Peninsula and Hampton Roads Area - Unable to connect to the internet, modem
kept on resyncing and came back around 2:54 AM.

Sept 21,2009 - Internet and Webmail Outage - Estimated occurance 11:59 AM to 4:05 PM
For Virginia Beach Area - I had trouble accessing the internet, digital telephone and cable
television service was lost for 4 hours.

Sept 28, 2009 - Temporary Internet and Webmail Outage - Occured at 3:06 to 3:18.
Surfing the net, connection dropped out came back on 10 minutes later.
