WTRH-AM  "MAYFAIRSTAN" POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The following rules and rules and regulations have been provided by the landlord for the benefit and protection of all residents of the apartment community, their families, and invitees, to assure the safe and sanitary operation of the swimming pool (hereafter referred to as "the pool" and related recreational areas (hereafter referred to as "areas")

1. All persons using the pool do so at their own risk, and landlord assumes no responsibility for any accident or injury how so ever caused, suffered in connection with such use.

2. Resident shall be responsible for any damages to the pool or personal property used in connection there with cause by tenant, their family or invitee, or any other persons.

3. Landlord shall not held responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property of residents, family, or guests.

4. Tenant expressly agrees to indemnify and save harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, cost and expense, which landlord may incur, directly or indirectly, as a result of personal injury or property caused by tenant, his/her family, or guest.

5. Landlord reserves the right to close the pool at anytime and for any cause what so ever, including without limitation, weather conditions, maintenance, and repairs.  

6. Pool identification cards will be will be issued by leaseholders and each occupant registered to apartment.  Said cards must be exhibited whenever entering pool for failing to present the I.D. card.  Identification cards cannot be loaned or transferred, and in the event the same are loaned or transferred, landlord reserves the right to recall said cards and deny the subsequent use of the pool by the resident, and their family.

7.  Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult for admission and use of the pool.

8.  All persons must shower before entering the pool.

9.  Tubes, water wings, play equipment, and related items are prohibited.

10. Running, pushing, wrestling, ball playing, and any undue disturbance in the pool or pool area is prohibited.

11. Admission to the pool will be denied to any person with skin abrasions, colds, coughs, inflamed eyes, infection, or anyone wearing bandages.

14. Wheeled vehicles are not allowed in the pool area.  Strollers are no exception.

15. No  t-shirts (unless covering proper swimming attire) or cut offs are allowed in the pool.

16. No food or beverages are allowed in the pool area - NO EXCEPTIONS!

17. Landlord reserves the right to evict resident from the pool for use of profane language, or disturbing other persons using the pool.

18. Diving is not permitted.

19. The pool will be open at times designated by Landlord, and landlord reserves the right, without notice, to alter the schedule.

20. Guest passes will not be issued.

21. No smoking is permitted in the pool or pool area.

22. Landlord reserves the right to refuse entry or deny use of the pool to resident or family for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, failure to comply with any rule or regulation.

23. These rules may be revised or amended at any time at the sole discretion of the landlord.
