As far as I know, our host ning has secured the site, and there have been no reports of hacking for some time . I have asked our host to look in to this, and provide us some more details.

no, nobody can assume a "avatar", ya must know email and P-word combo. Suspending is for the asshole crowd ;)

Can people sneak in by assuming other members avatars? Kinda like taking over someones account controls? Could this have happened? What would be accomplished by suspending people?

That's good, James. Like Mystery said, suspending all those members would have taken hours. Who has that kind of time?

I went and looked how long must this have taken, hrs and hrs? Can we just UN-suspend them?

James, are you sure we haven't been hacked? It's hard to believe any of the admins here would take the time to start suspending members due to inactivity. The last time you posted about this, we found out a lot of our members were disabled, didn't have internet, etc, etc, and we agreed to just let them stay.

Marklar is the last admin, I will ask him, thx all. Just busted a spammer, they joined 4 months ago and waited all this time. arghhh

I was told to ignore both of these functions by you, so I do. I don't even get notice when either happens, until I get some of the nasty letters from suspended members.

bizarre world eh nikki? well it was an admin, their suspensions had a note saying why, it was inactivity. I know we need help around here, but that wont do it. If any thing, we need to focus on keeping the active members we have:)
