Keisha , for what its worth when i feel down i concentrate on what it might be like to be a mother in Palestine, puts things in perspective, however i dont know your circumstances so i can't say for sure it would help

Hey Keish, (can I call you Keish?) I know a lot about trying not to feel pain cause I've tried to numb feelings out with alcohol. In my experience there's no drugs that are healthy that numb out pain. Prescription or illegal. Just because a shrink with a PhD sells you the dope doesn't make it better. All the same shit. If you're feeling pain it's for a reason. If you touch a hot stove it hurts really bad FOR A REASON. (you have to learn to take your hand off the stove) My 1st impression ist hat you're a nurse? & you're in a very negative environment. It's ok to help people but if you're not grounded yourself you need to remove yourself from those kinds of demanding environments. Bottom Line: create an environment & be in an environment that makes you heal & smile.

not strong enough i guess.  it makes it so you cant feel feelings.  i had to clean up through up from a cancer patient that died and that was what pushed me over the edge.  the nursing staff is trying to relocate me thogh I think thats pretty good or else i could just go back to being a server somewhere. i was thinking learning Tai Chi if i had the time.

 its just depressing to take drugs to be calm but i cant afford to make mistake like prepping people or whatever, i wont get in trouble for making a mistake as a result...making me go, hmmmmmm.
