James, that picture is disturbing! It doesn't matter that he was gay but it does matter that he allowed himself, and the FBI, to be blackmailed and controlled because of it.

I live in the 2nd largest gay community in the US. Let me tell ya, all queens are vicious, most of it an act, IMO,  a  self evolving drama sold to them like most propaganda . Not all gays are queens, and depending on the tone, one could surmise using the term could be a compliment or a hate crime. PC gone wild Go figure :)

Hours after the JFK assassination, Hoover told Dallas FBI that the case was closed --Lee Harvey Oswald did it. Hoover would have been forced to retire at 70 had JFK lived, but under Johnson he was appointed Director for life.
