He was on Vicadin when he committed the murders, but his first drug was ritalin. He reminds me a lot of the Columbine shooters. There was a strong likelihood the Columbine shooters were under MKULTRA Mind Control and it is very likely this guy was too. The CIA has a lot of guys like this who they can trigger a any time to commit these sort of heinous crimes for the shock effect they have as they try to manipulate Congress to do their bidding. The CIA are not part of our government, they take their marching orders from Chatham House in London (the RIIA, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, the same people who direct British Intelligence. And we thought we "won" the Revolutionary War? (Not- it was a Psyop!) Read the Definitive Treaty of Peace of 1783, Article 4..... That explains a LOT! Its not just by chance that we have all that Masonic imagery on our currency.... those "indians" who threw the tea overboard in Boston Harbor were all Freemasons, and the ship was owned by the British East India Company, forerunners of both British Intelligence and the CIA. The BEIC used to control the opium routes just like the CIA controls the drug trade today. The world's banking system is kept afloat via the sale of heroin, cocoaine and other drugs, and the CIA are the world's biggest drug pushers.
