"Paul's legislation, H.R. 6416, is just two sentences long, stating:

No law of the United States shall be construed to confer any immunity for a federal employee or agency or any individual or entity that receives federal funds, who subjects an individual to any physical contact (including contact with any clothing the individual is wearing), X-rays, or millimeter waves, or aids in the creation of or views a representation of any part of a individual's body covered by clothing as a condition for such individual to be in an airport or to fly in an aircraft. The preceding sentence shall apply even if the individual or the individual's parent, guardian, or any other individual gives consent."

How is this helping the American people other than blanketing everyone under this tyranny instead?! I know the "supposed" rationale that if we attempt to force those in power to the same demeaning behavior that they will want to change their positions but you forget that many of the people in power are mere puppets doing the agenda bidding of foreign interests who care not if our elected representatives are subjected to the same screening methods. These people have their own jets and private airports and would not care if this bill is passed!

Ron Paul said, "400,000 died on our GOVERNMENT RUN highways..." ....sounds like he is wanting to further neo liberal policies to privatize vital infrastructure!!! NO THANKS MR. PAUL....I really don't think private toll booths that are foreigned owned is going to be good for the American people!!
