ELF waves used in Advertising
To promote their new show Paranormal Activity A & E used ELF wave technology (HAARP-based) to make people walking down the street hear voices as though they were behind them or in their heads. SCARY SHIT!

@Yahya, I don't disagree with anything you said. However, if the population is unsuspecting and completly unaware of this technology's use on them I believe it would have a significant impact and should not be underestimated. Most people, even after showing them this video would be in denial that such technology could ever work let alone that it was being used to alter their perceptions or moods like HAARP is touted at being able to do.
