If this was staged, I would have protection on the legs of the "victim."  I saw no blood from the dog bites either.

Fooking crazy! They were handcuffing the guy when obviously, he was dead or close to being so. It was overkill! The cops were acting as if the (homeless) knife wielding suspect, was a big bad crazy terrorist in the rugged terrain of Afghanistan or something. The militarization of the police is becoming more and more apparent as the days progress. WTF???

Of course lawmakers wouldn't see those guns as dangerous, but if the homeless guy had a gun, now that WOULD be dangerous

he put on his backpack, pickedup his water jug and said he was walking down with them, it was over then...but these psychopaths went there with the knowledge he was not walking anywhere...murderers...killers...sadists...this has to end.
