Man Says he Killed Black Kid out of Self Defense.
Will this obvious self defense be investigated as a hate crime? This is absurd. Is it so that you have to first be killed, before you can legally defend yourself. That's obviously too late. The fifteen year old threatened and flashed a gun at the man who had to shoot him or be killed. He had no choice.
