He's saying that "the president himself turned down the proposal" of arming ISIS. What happened after the official meeting? The whole national security team was for arming ISIS, what about the rest of them? While it has turned out that US in fact is supporting ISIS, they must have made the decision unofficially, with closed doors.

They may seem crazy, but they are following a certain logic that runs against the interest of the people and their own country. Most politicians and decision makers are corrupt, bought and blackmailed to deceive the people they are apparently serving. And this is not exclusive to the United States, it's global. They are stuck in the middle of a web of lies and deception with illusions of having some favorable position in the future society. However, in most cases their future in the NWO is not much brighter than ours. They will be kept alive as long as they are useful, and after that it's the end.

When the whole national security team proposes arming an enemy it indicates gross incompetence. However, this is perfectly in line with arming or supporting Bolsheviks, Hitler, Hussein, Bin Laden and many others.
