Unless the dog was aggressive and on the attack, there is no reason for anyone including cops to shoot a dog, period. From the photos the dog looked pretty harmless, just a cute little weener dog with a loud bark, so sad!

God help us all!!
I don't want to blame the cops even though they should know better than that.
I put the blame on the training and brainwashing that the system is inflicting upon them and more specifically I blame those who were "inspired" to design it all.
