That baby is obviously a newborn or up to a couple of months old, you can tell by the crying! They could have handled this situation much better, especially since she was a mother with a very young baby present, unbelievable! And knocking her out unconscious.....looks like a couple more neandrethal cops throwing around their supposed power they feel once again.
