I note several comments (from x-police) that state the Right to Drive/travel is a privilege...Yet,..it is a RIGHT..plain and simple...the only Driving that is regulated is those who "Drive for Hire" EG Taxi's, Commercial Trucks,Limo/Buses.
Now Granted the real law has been Morphed into this criminal scheme known as racketeering...However the Right of Passage is the main issue. Do Cops Have the Authority to Detain you or stop a Non Commercial vehicle.
The Real answer is No..they have no Jurisdiction..SEE Blacks Law Dictionary.
Recently in the state of Oregon... The committee of Oregonians and Richard L. Koenig teamed up and challenged the state..it was a long process..Mr. Koenig ( ODOT-whistleblower)is listed as the most knowledgeable man of the ORS -Oregon Revised Statutes- and the interpretation of them -living...

So WE challenged them to provide evidence...they have No Law actually to the Contrary.
The Roads are for the Right of the People"... the State Legislated it so.
However the County DA ( actually several counties ) defaulted and could not find the Law that gives them the Right...In fact on Film by Salem news the Senior Clackamas County Commission member is heard they are to back off this issue...now!...

Reason,..it is a Multi Billion scam run thru Unlawful Muni-courts and WE have all the documentation, names and files galore.

FEAR...their ONLY control.  It's time to put the 'material' things to the side and STAND UP..or be lost forever.  They  (the CORPORATION) is losing control because many are waking up to what is REALLY going on.  They are pushing for Agenda 21 to BE...they've been grooming the masses since the 60's.  JUST SAY 'NO' and MEAN IT.  We need GROUPS.  Individually, makes it difficult..but round up about 20-40 people and see their eyebrows raise..  Any employees of the Corporation have to understand THEY are not working for their fellow man, but for a Corp. that will replace them with another sheep if they become to awake.  Sickening to see how the masses bow to them.  Do it for your kids and their kids... they need us NOW before our door of opportunity closes forever.  Peace !!

If people had self esteem the cops that did this would be hunted down and terminated.  No decent human being allows for this kind of behavior.  First of all the government is run by criminals, second no person has one bit of authority over another.  No one is allowed to own or collect biometric information without consent.  What the cops did is this:  kidnapping then rape.  They should be identified then killed, not jailed, killed by any means possible and as soon as possible.  Why?  Because if you stand up to bullies then they stop because they are cowards. 

Our society needs to be terminated because it has allowed this.  I hope America is nuked back to the stone age.

Mnay of the police officers repeat the mantra that a driver license is a privilege, not a right. How many of them actually know why it is a privilege and Not a Right? The answer is quite simple. It requires a knowledge of The Source of Rights (see Declaration of Independence) and it rquires a knowledge of the way the word "Inalienable" is defined in the law dictionaries. If any police officer thinks he knows I would like to hear his explanation; same for any lawyer who might read this comment. It really is very simple and EASY to understand.

The corporation United States Incorporated... STOLE the name your mother gave you and registered you in their corporation which made YOU LEGAL... THEY own the title.. YOU don't.  You don't own 'anything.'  They are liable for the name and anything that comes from it.  Make them liable.  WE, living breathing people are NOT LEGAL..  wake up.. Your mother gave YOU that name for YOU....not the fictional government.

Corrupt Cops & Feds as well? Yes they are !!! That's why I lost my career! I exposed corruption in U.S. Customs, and in U.S. Government.

Now I need a JOB! Can you guys vote me into office of POTUS ?

I will fix all this SH** forthwith! I even know where the Red Phone is and all the "goodies".

I have excellent job experience and I worked At the White House as well. That means I don't have to be trained. I have already proven that I can't be "bought", so what are you guys waiting for??? 

We need to fire the Congress, Senate and the Supreme Court forthwith!!(I like that word don't you?)

Throw some extra special "people"( suspects in prison pending a very LONG investigation that could take 10 years or more) I've seen such cases too.

Do away with most all Taxes as the IRS was NEVER ratified or recognized by the Congress in 1789 with the Treasury Department(My former employer)

No probate or death taxes, etc....

Investigate the filthy rich and why they don'[t pay taxes at all!!!

Fix the Health standards for ALL Americans.

Enforce the Immigration laws, no breaks !! The other countries don't pout up with this BS, why should WE?

Support Israel ! No questions. Read the Torah ! (I've read the Quran and it was not impressive)

Exclude All Shiite and Sunni Muslims unless they convert to Judeo-Christian or Buddhist beliefs and become PEACEFUL!(I'm dreaming right??) Only accept Ahmadiyya Muslims a Peaceful sect.(Hated by all other Muslims WHY??) REF: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ahmadiyya  At least they believe in the "Second coming of Jesus"

I understand what everybody is saying and I agree with most all of you.

Technology has advanced to the point of taking DNA evidence in order to identify suspects where as 30 plus years ago back to 1989 we didn;t have mitochondrial DNA testing which would have excluded innocent people from a FALSE conviction. Back in 1980 or so I was a SDPD officer on patrol and I had to take a report of a breakin(11-10, 459PC, etc...) There was DNA evidence, but no lab technicians, or special lab kits back then and no facility to hold the material(Semen) It was NOT a major crime or assault or homicide. Just a weirdo who left "evidence" behind.  

Now that person can get caught after leaving DNA and if he is tied into another more advanced crime, HE can be identified and separated from the innocent people.

If it is just a matter of the Government flexing it's muscle, you can blame it on the stupid Democrats that voted the last guy into office who is not even a natural born American!

I've actually heard Democrats say it doesn't matter what the law says, they voted whomever they wanted into the highest office period! Too bad ! Tough luck ! Etc... 

How much longer does it take for the Military to do their Constitutional Duty !???

Or do we have to have some one say, Let them eat cake" and break out the Guillotine???(Vive la France!!)
