Ra, you may be right on that assumption, but right now the focus is on Cops who are shooting people and violating People's rights.

The main stream News Media is controlled by the Administration and only Bad situations are being reported.

The Media is reporting ALL incidents or partial incidents. They just convicted a Female Officer in California rightfully so. She deserved it and the Victim DIED while she stood over him.

There were numerous others "In POLICY " by Black officers or White officers and yet, the main stream news media covers it up.

The last white COP that shot the "black driver gave a really bad excuse. In my training and experience many years ago, I had chased down suspects and cuffed them without shooting anybody.

I have drawn my weapon dozens of times, but held back cause I was in control of the situation. I know that I saved Lives due to my special training and expertise.

Every case is different and sometimes Cops screw up and the rest of the time the Perps Fail and get shot or killed.

I'm still watching to see why  that Old Reservist wasn't charged with Manslaughter when he shot and Killed the Black suspect  instead of using his Taser which is what he claimed he did. THAT Is bullshit! Real GUNS and Tasers are totally different. That Officer should have been charged with involuntary manslaughter minimum.

The current administration is more corrupt than any ever before and allowed too much to pass under the bridge.Eric Holder left before he got charged for Civil Rights Violations.

Remember Obama(The Kenyan) give Millions dollars of weapons and equipment to Muslim rebels but wants to take OUR weapons away from us in violation of the 2nd Amendment.

Dear "Sam Sammy", I have more law enforcement experience than you or most cops AND I am a Whistle-blower who took his career seriously and still did and committed to the People when I reported internal Corruption since 1994 Openly in the news media after going thru all the internal controls.I too steps Edward Snowden Never took, but his case is different. He was not even a Cop of Fed.(I was U.S. Secret Service at 21, SDPD, U.S. Mint Police, U.S. Customs, U.S. Immigration Private Investigator, etc..with over 25 years service...)

It seems that YOU really don't have the academic training or field experience I have, and yet, you chose to challenge what I have said without any specifics. Maybe you jumped to conclusions???

If you have an "Attorney", I will gladly sue a Police Department, but as they Violate CPRA or FOIA all the time.

MY comment was meant for that particular incident and I already stated the facts.

There is a way to challenge the "System" and or Corrupt Cops........otherwise, it will get covered up like a lot of cases I have seen.

Take care my "friend", you really don't know who I am and the "Sacrifices" I have already made........I know what you and others are saying, but YOU are the only one with a stupid comment without facts.  

I have been Public since 1995 and have many articles and am in Books about what I have done for America. I am also on You Tube and other newsmedia....John B. Wells. Caravan To Midnight, Dateline NBC, 60 Minutes, etc...

What have YOU done to make changes????

I am former law enforcement State Local and Federal and I saw the You Tube video of this incident. 

It is possible the Officer "Over reacted" a bit, BUT those "kids" and "young adults"(over 18 YOA) Refused to obey the lawful commands of a Police Officer. Then the Officer "over extended" himself and did not have enough back up, but tried to round up as many "violators" so that he could gather more information as to what was really going on. 

If a Police officer tells you to leave, you better LEAVE.

Once those young adults REFUSED to leave and the officer had to repeat his lawful orders, he had to right to accomplish his task with "reasonable force".... In the face of Blacks calling the Officer a "HONKY" does warrant some use of force when people REFUSE to leave the area which can cause a SAFETY ISSUE.

I believe the officer pulled his sidearm, and racked a round into the chamber to scare those unlawful adults.

That is "NOT in Policy"....You only pull your weapon if you fear for your safety, life or that of others. POnce the threat has gone away or dissipated, you re-holster your weapon.

I do NOT have all the information here, but the Officer decided to arrest the Female. I think the officer was

NOT properly trained in Martial Arts to accomplish a wrist twist lock to Handcuff the violator. He was still being careful as I know what Hard pressure is and overly aggressive or "Excessive" force is.

People need to learn NOT to Provoke the Police or you may get shot. How stupid that is right???

Disturbance calls are the worst since emotions run high and some "people" do NOT obey the lawful orders of a Police Officer. Most cops get killed in disturbance calls. 

Case in point: I just saw another Video yesterday of a white man taunting the Police officer by shoving his hands into his waist band as if to Intimidate or act like he had a weapon. 

I have been in exactly those types of situations and the PERP usually loses. Why would anybody act like they are going for a weapon when the Police officer has the drop on you???? The Perps get killed anyway......So what's the point in doing stupid things. I watched the Body Cam of this shooting and the Suspect died from a gunshot wound to the chest and bled out right there.(Less than 2-3 minutes is all it takes)(I suggested the Officer could have given first aid, but there isn't much Time with a bleeding Artery inside your chest...... Remember this, this is NOT Television and the BS you see on TV or at the Movies is NOT REAL and every situation is different. The Police do NOT know YOU or what your status is and if you have a weapon or not. Be Smart......Follow the rules and quit challenging a cops authority unless you know better and get an attorney.
