Would not be surprised if the polio vaccine caused HIV/AIDS. This is how they do things, create a problem - HIV/AIDS (extra points for creating the problem while claiming to solve another problem - polio) and then provide the solution which leads to death and other medical problems and Boom! more solutions. A never-ending cycle.
