I'm sorry, but I've been in law enforcement in a Sate. Local and federal positions and I have never heard of such a thing. Lerner is an IRS employee called under subpoena by a special Judicial committee and is required under the law to tell the truth and explain to the best of her abilities what she did at her job and any other questions!

If the committee felt strongly, and she FAILED to answer, I would have found her in contempt!!!

Real simple,..... right??? Something is wrong when you see that happen.

If on the other hand Lerner was "targeted" and "arrested", then she might be able to claim the 5th amendment. She was not! Therefore obligated to tell all she knows. 

The committee "Fecked up" in my opinion and should have held her in contempt. It is the worst case of incompetence I have ever seen. This woman is also an "Attorney"???  If YOU or I were to do the same thing, do you think WE would get the same consideration???

There are also other circumstances but I will not distract from the main issues here.

An Attorney is also an "Officer of the Court" and should be held to a higher standard than most people.

Maybe WE the People should get the old Guillotine and a little WD-40 out of the closet and remind People

what happened in France back during the "Reign of Terror"????

Think about this!! If, Ms.Learner and IRS employee can claim the 5th amendment, then why can't we all claim the same as well? Why not refuse to file IRS forms? Why not stamp a form with the above statement. "I plead the fifth". 

Joe Banister and ex-IRS-CID agent proved the IRS can't prove to anybody that you MUST pay taxes and that they are "Voluntary". The IRS/U.S. Attorney came after Banister in 2007 just before my case and was exonerated. (The IRS was never ratified by Congress and the Federal Reserve is a "private" banking system ALL ILLEGAL!!!) But I never said all that and you don't see me, right?
