This is what happens when you walk up to the cops and ask them "How's your wife and my kids?" or "why does your grandmother have to give you a piggy back ride like that, you guys can't afford patrol cars?"

It appears that on the surface of the video the victim of the police assault failed the first and most important test when dealing with a particular sub-group of policing, that being the 'attitude test'.
I'll lay you 10-1 that the officers will state in their defense that the male was under the influence of alcohol, he was a danger to himself and others, and that, (you are not able to hear what is being said by any of the participants), certain words or sentances which were yelled at them by the victim were of such a nature as to cause them to immediately take proactive measures to ensure that their would be no further escallation of activity from a growing group of onlookers.
That I am sure is how it was written up.
