Even with the evil exposed

Every shred of humanity seems to decompose

Mercy might seem apropos

But it's the prevailing insanity don't you know?

Tapping into the universe’s plans

A hairless ape with five fingered hands

Making his unrealistic demands,

Destined to launch space missions to faraway lands

Capable of turning earth into a nuclear wasteland

Living on food irradiated or canned

Particularly vulnerable to bikinis and tans,

Thought I once knew how to evaluate others

Accused by women of a love that smothers

While whispering sweet things under the covers

I’d live somewhere else if I had my druthers,

Like a journey on mushrooms to very edge

I have my devalued currency that I can pledge
