Is Smoking a Joint a Lewd Sex Act? - An Open Letter to the Sci-fi Channel.

I swear to god, I've seen it all now. Here I am being a lazy bum surfing the net and watching the Sci-fi channel when a Movie called Legion of the Dead comes on. Okay, I dig the zombie thing, even when the movie is a bit "B" grade sometimes so let's just watch this thing for a few
minutes and if it looks like it sucks I can always turn it off.
The movie starts with a scene with a couple of dirt bike riders who are tearing it up until one of them falls into a hole injuring himself. The other rider finds him happily toking on a joint as he awaits rescue.
Then I see the strangest thing. Every time the injured guy puts his lips to the joint to take a toke this blurry blob appears over the joint.
This being the Sci-fi channel and a movie called Legion of the Dead I know what's coming next. The injured biker will become sick and die turning into a zombie. Much to my surprise however he ends his days much quicker as a mummy caves his freaking head in, WTF? What about the ghostly miasma around the toked on joint? Where does that come into the story line?
It doesn't of course. To the contrary it seems that the Sci-fi channel has chosen to censor out the act of smoking a joint. Not the whole act however. It is obvious by the dialogue taking place and the unhidden joint when it is not being actively toked upon. So you're obviously not trying to hide the fact that such activity is taking place. Instead it seems you are treating the act of toking on a joint itself as if it were somehow lewd, as if it were an act of sexual penetration.
Excuse me but has anyone at the Sci-fi channel noticed that a joint is not a penus, or that the act of taking a toke is not an oral sex act?
Just wondering because I'm quite a good artist and I could draw you some pictures to illustrate the anatomical differences if you like. I'd be happy to help.
Smoking a joint may be illegal and even harmful but it is in no way lewd or sexual and does not rate a censor blur. Thank god Cheech & Chong movies aren't sci-fi as a showing on your station would be, well,.. radio.
I suggest growing up, growing a pair, and getting a clue unless you want to convince people you all need to wear bicycle helmets before attempting to navigate a hallway.

lol ॐH●ȴȴɣѾͼͽᵭ great pictures .. i use to like sci fi when it was about star trek and deep space nine and even eurika was pretty good but .. i find most tv is really a trap .. a mind control brainwashing trap and quite frankly so highly suggestable it is dangerous to any one trying to improve there mind ..

Ah, but it's not Sci-Fi any more, it's been dumbed down to Syfy. It now resembles the Polish word for 'syphilis', and such I tend to avoid the channel in much the same way. Now I'm off to write a low-budget movie script about sexy nuns who discover a giant mutant strain of weed while travelling through British Columbia, and have to fight off hordes of the undead in the process. ;)
