As Carl Gallups (PPSIMMONS founder and host of Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups) and Mike Zullo (lead investigator of the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse) have been telling us, things are moving closer to bringing the fraudulent Obama birth certificate case to a level of federal prosecution.
According to Zullo, there are increasing numbers of people, whom he refers to as “VIPs,” that will not only bring the case to the public light, but also to a high level of legal prosecution.
Gallups (pictured at left) tells us that VIPs, in this case, are only people who can actually move this case to a prosecution level. Gallups says, “We are not fooling with people who are just curious or who have a desire to simply be “in the loop” of information. We are now dealing with people who have the connections, money, authority, and standing to actually move the case forward into the arena of full public knowledge and, as stated before, full prosecution.” Gallups went on to say, “These are people with relatively unrestrained financial abilities, media exposure, and most importantly – a deep desire to see our Constitutional Republic restored and protected.”When asked if the Sheriff Joe Arpaio Cold Case Posse was absolutely certain of their evidential findings in the case, Zullo confirmed, “We recently discovered new irrefutable evidence, which confirms, hands down, the document [birth certificate] is a fraud.”
“The problem isn’t the evidence,” said Zullo, “The problem has been getting people who can do something about it to attend an evidence presentation. That fact is finally changing. We are now in the process of having meetings with people of standing, people who have the authority and the desire to move this case forward. The tide is shifting. Many VIPs are getting on board this monumental case. This case is shaping up to be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated on the American people. It may be the biggest fraud ever perpetrated upon any people of any society in world history.”
Zullo went on to say, “In the last several weeks, the meeting invitations and new VIPs desiring to come on board this case have been piling up. The American public will soon see the results of all of this behind-the-scenes work. The detractors desperately desire to have more of the details so that they may engage in disinformation tactics. We will not give them that information or opportunity. When this case hits the public arena, it will hit hard and it will be far-reaching. For these reasons, the VIPs, the meetings, etc. have to be kept in the strictest of confidence.”
The long form birth certificate proffered by Obama and the Obama administration, and posted on the White House website, has not authenticated by anyone, which Zullo said makes it “just a piece of paper.” “There is nothing legal about this document at all,” Zullo said.
Zullo also pointed out the birth certificate is printed on safety paper that was never used by the state of Hawaii during the period of time the document was supposedly produced.
Reminding everyone there has been a media blackout of Sheriff Arpaio's investigation for the last five years on the issue, Zullo said he now sees a very bright light at the end of the tunnel and asks people to be patient just a little while longer. When asked when this information may come to public light, Zullo responded, “If all goes according to plan - possibly mid-summer. But, a three to six month window is still very plausible.”

THE COLD CASE POSSE WILL ASSIST IN THE ALABAMA SUPREME COURT CASE AGAINST OBAMA!
Attorney Larry Klayman, who is the founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, presently has an Obama eligibility case on appeal in the Alabama Supreme Court. Judge Roy Moore is on that court.
Klayman is representing 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish. Goode and McInnish are asking the court to compel Secretary of State Beth Chapman to confirm that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were qualified and duly eligible to serve in the stated positions.
Mike Zullo has confirmed to PPSIMMONS in an EXCLUSIVE interview that the Maricopa County Cold Case Posse will assist in the Alabama Supreme Court case. Zullo said, “We still have a potential criminal case pending as well. We will be careful to protect the evidence that will be used in that criminal case, however, Sheriff Arpaio wants us to fully cooperate with Alabama and Justice Moore in this case because the CCP is now pulling out all the stops. We are stepping this up at all levels possible. This will be the only civil case in which we, the CCP, have ever participated. But we, and Sheriff Arpaio, feel it is extremely important to do so.”
