Emergency Alerts on new cell phones..
Has anyone noticed a new feature on their new android phones? I did...Emergency Alerts.....Theres an Amber Alert, A Weather Alert......and then..a Presidential Alert..WTH is this??.Even better..you can turn off all the other alerts except The Presidential alert..why is that?? Is this 1984??
