Testing iodine levels DIY can be done ("iodine patch test").

Testing PH level is easy ... maybe the first thing to do 

Meaning

pH of your urine or saliva ... Which area is your Body in?

The VERY ACIDIC area: 4.5 - 5.75

This "danger zone" is NOT where you want your pH to be. If you're in this area, you MUST take serious steps to correct this acidity. If your pH is in this range, your body is 50 to 100 times too acidic! An internal terrain like this is poison to your cells.

The ACIDIC area: 6.0 - 6.5

In this "caution" zone, your body is 5 to 10 times too acidic. Making alterations to your diet and supplementing these diet changes with alkalising elements will help to bring your pH back up to where to should be.

The IDEAL area : 6.75 - 7.25

If your pH reading is in this zone, congratulations! Keep up the good work by maintaining an alkalising lifestyle.

Proper pH level, between 6.4 & 7.0 is required to absorb Iodine and many other minerals.

I looked at one "dr" with warnings about taking iodine

What we understand from quote above is that orthodox medicine is full of warnings about going to the cause of hypothyroidism and Hashimoto's disease (iodine deficiency) ... but rather focus on hormon treatment ( :( ). The ones who have more that 6 months background on the subject is telling "excessive iodine" and "iodism" is a myth. I find that interesting. When the detox process starts there will be side effects ... used to describe iodine as "toxic".

Iodine Deficiency - Part 1

Dr. Cooper checked if it was true there was no iodine in UK salt? Yes, that was true.

Then was there really no checking of urine iodine in UK? Yes, nothing of that.

Europa was worst in iodine deficiency. Dr. Cooper was amazed.

The Iodine deficiency is part of the Globalists plan to make every one sick and dumb to achieve their 80% mass die-off plan.  The American Medical Association was "set-up" by the Rockefellers so they decide what the Doctors will be taught in the Universities - and they are not taught anything about nutrition.  They are all taught to diagnose and treat the symptoms as the problem - not the cause of the problem.   Usually Doctors prescribe FDA approved "DRUGS" and of course chemotherapy.  Malnutrition has become the major cause of disease, next to slow chemical poisoning of our food, air and water.

What is the cause is not answered thought that is in title (!) = meaning they are trying to fool people (iodine is not in "treatment" (!) ) (sometimes "too much" iodine is present as a major problem (!) - > see previous message: "I looked at one "dr" with warnings about taking iodine...")

Lugols is available over the counter in Canada.

There is a lot of attempt to present iodine as "toxic" (take away iodine and we will die - every cell in body uses it - iodine used to be the most common cause for diseases).

The "research" about iodine as "toxic" is bogus. Conventional medicine will propose radioactive iodine to kill thyroid -> the Dark Ages of Medicine

(One source told iodine was added to drinking water in Finland to fight breast cancer.

When iodine in body is increased by 20+ times (as in Japan): breast cancer and most cancer disappear more or less, gives protection against radioactivity, better IQ, hypothyroidism disappears ++)
