My 0.02,

Here is a little something that I think should be talked about and acted against. This Bill gives Obama (or anyone else as president) unlimited powers in regards to our military.. There are places like infowars.com that have made accurate assumptions regarding this "act". Don't believe us though, read it for yourselves.. Coming to a town near you courtesy of the U.S Tyrannical (and not in control) Government.

My personal favorite key words regarding this issue: White terrorists, sovereign citizen extremists, hacktivist, sovereign ranchers, anonymous and occupy activists...

Summary: H.R.560 — 114th Congress (2015-2016)

Shown Here:
Introduced in House (01/27/2015)

War Powers Reform Act

Amends the War Powers Resolution to direct the President in every possible instance to submit to Congress before introducing U.S. Armed Forces into hostilities or situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated a written report setting forth the estimated scope and duration of the hostilities or involvement.

Directs the President, in the absence of a declaration of war or a specific statutory authorization (currently, only in the absence of a declaration of war), to submit a written report to Congress within 48 hours when the Armed Forces are introduced into hostilities or foreign nations under specified circumstances and requires that such report include the circumstances necessitating the introduction, the constitutional and legislative authority under which such introduction took place, and the estimated scope and duration of the hostilities or involvement.

Repeals an existing framework under which the President is required to terminate, within 60 days, subject to a possible 30-day extension, any use of Armed Forces with respect to which the President has submitted (or is required to submit) a report concerning the introduction of Armed Forces into hostilities in the absence of a declaration of war, unless: (1) Congress declares war or enacts specific authorization, (2) extends the 60-day period, or (3) is physically unable to meet as a result of an armed attack upon the United States. Strikes provisions concerning congressional action to remove Armed Forces engaged in hostilities without a declaration of war or specific statutory authorization.

Replaces such framework with a process that prohibits funds available for the Armed Forces from being obligated or expended for introducing the Armed Forces into hostilities, or into situations where imminent involvement in hostilities is clearly indicated, in the absence of: (1) a declaration of war; (2) specific statutory authorization; or (3) a national emergency created by an attack or imminent threat of attack upon the United States, its territories or possessions, or the Armed Forces.

The origin of the original WAR POWERS ACT 1917 http://famguardian.org/Subjects/MoneyBanking/UCC/WizardOfOz.pdf, I guess before the REFORMed version 2015, haha. It seems the key players are in place and have been for some time. If the 'reformed' war powers act has not passed yet it really does not matter, president does anything they are told, by their handlers, through exec.orders

Very true...the only difference is with this he is trying to achieve a status where he doesn't have to be sneaky about it. Interesting here is:

This Bill has been on the table before (H.R. 3709, same sponsor) and died in congress. However this time, there seems to be MUCH more support (33 Cosponsors). See for yourself.

A big difference this time around is the "threat" of "home grown terrorism" and the belittled patriot movement "Y'all Qaeda". No one likes the truth, its the rough stuff. Besides truth is for poor people, right?

If your rep. is below, I believe this warrants an email or 2.

A poor man,
