A teenager who suffers from dwarfism claims he was banned from going to college because of his size after being branded a health and safety risk.

Louis Makepeace, 18, who stands at a just 3ft 10in, said he was discriminated against after being refused a place at Heart of Worcestershire College.

He was originally given a conditional offer for the Hospitality and Catering course but said the college backtracked because he's too small for the kitchen.
