New DUI Law Would Crack Down on Pot Smokers

If you get high and then get behind the wheel, cops in Washington may soon be able to prove it in court. State Representative Roger Goodman is proposing a bill in the 2011 legislative session that would set a THC limit via blood draw for impaired drivers.

I used to belong to NORMAL and was a charter member of High Times mag. Also ACLU. Years ago ppl would go on July 4th to the lawn of the White House for a Smoke In, and there were no arrests that day cause there was more of us than them. That was when you could get near the White House. The War on Drugs as we all know is a money machine.
