Here's a reply from Ben Fulford about Bush Sr:

"My understanding is that Bush, Kissinger etc. are out and about but always have a US marshall with them. They are not allowed to do things like flee to their Paraguayan hideouts. However, I urge anybody out there who physically sees these people to take pictures or videos and if possible ask them questions. The rules of journalism are that if they are on public land (like a sidewalk) you can ask them a question. Ask them why they support genocide or whatever else you want to ask them".
