The Fed, as the system is commonly called, is an independent governmental entity created by Congress in 1913 to serve as the central bank of the United States.

It is my desire to incite an intellectual REVOLUTION!

It is not my desire to overthrow The Republic of The United States of America!

My purpose is to expose the following illegal and fraudulent enslavement of the entire population of The Republic of The United States of America, by The Corporation of The United States of America and to bring forth suit for all violations under Maritime law instituted by The Federal Reserve Bank, its holding company.

To bring suit for

1. Unlawful slavery by enumeration at birth. *See Birth Certificate. (The entire population of the Republic will be referred to from here on out as The Victims).
2. Unlawful guise under the Maritime Laws, that in their effect have all The Victims existing under claim of their person, all property materialized by their labours *(Material, Intellectual and Physical, and Monetary)
3.  Under Maritime Law The Federal Reserve Bank has first claim to all labours produced by the afore mentioned victims. Unlawful guise under Maritime Law of Equality, human rights and Justice.
4. Unlawful guise under Maritime Law in order to infiltrate, corrupt and subvert all levels of the structure of Governance of The Republic of The United States of America (Subversion of all laws their structures and instruments of Common law in direct violation of The Constitution of The Republic of The United States of America.
5. Unlawful guise under Maritime Laws in order to *enumerate all Human beings for the purpose of trade as collateral on the New York Stock Exchange.

Unlawful guise under Maritime law, the wilful and injurious manipulation of all *Governmental systems, Economical systems, Social systems, and Geological/Ecological financed through forced and unlawful taxations perpetrated against the afore mentioned victims, controlling through fraud of Maritime Law a large majority of the instruments needed for such systems of totally immoral enslavement on all levels imaginable      Physical, Physiological and Intellectual on the population of *The Republic of The United  States of America.
