I need help to understand what I am doing wrong.
When I go to my own site or other's discussions I sometimes want to post a image along with my comments,
but as is the case with this post there is no options bar at the top of it.
Others have it automatically but often there is none.
What gives.? Thanks

You can post a link, pic, video, just about anywhere

here are the icons to look for

I've run into that before myself, Larry (I'm running IE9). If, when that happens, you'll refresh the page and try again the icons your looking for usually show up. If refresh doesn't work, leave the page your on and then come back to it and try again.
