If she goes to jail she will have Doctor's care, meals, a bed....way more than many on SS can afford.  Put the criminals in rest homes and put old people in jail.  Way more fair when it comes to the care they get.

Either the lawyer is completely nuts or its his mother-in-law.

Well if Margaret is going to jail for supposed voter fraud, then Obama is going to receive a death sentence due to continued breaking of Constitutional Rights of the people of america; ILLEGALLY using taxpayer money to bail out the CORRUPT banking system which destroyed america's economy in the first place; Launching an ILLEGAL attack on Iraq/Pakistan/Afghanistan/Tunisia/Libya/Sudan/Mali/Oman/Yemen and a host of Middle Eastern and African nations for no reason other than to steal their natural resources; Assassinating the son of Al Awalaki, killing Osama dumping body into ocean, recently authorizing use of drones to kill americans...

The list of crimes this man and his administration have/are and will commit against americans and the world s people is too long to list...SO, exactly when will he pay for his crimes????

Prosecutors and cops that blindly obey them that -pull these kinds of bullshit stunts need to be removed from the system.  Not only is it beyond reprehensible it cost the taxpayer a bunch of money that, frankly, just isn't there for this kind of frivolous crap anymore.  Prosecute the damn prosecutors that feel compelled to throw people with dementia into felony court and lock them up for several years.  That is the only way their bullshit will go away.  Same with the criminal fucking bankers.  Life long prison terms for fleecing the public and laundering a trillion dollars in drug money!?!  I just love this dump of a country we made for ourselves!

Check  statistics, the lower 1/4 of lawyer grads become city attorneys, the bottom 1/2 become DA's.  Then they become politicians and judges.  Neither judges or lawyers want the people to understand the law, only hire them so that you can be railroaded.  Try to say honest lawyer or honest politician and not be tougne tied, or break out laughing.

"Do you really think that taxes aren't wasted by idiot lawyers, and the dumbest are usually prosecutors - merlynX"

If we can’t understand the laws, the lawyers have failed - It's really that simple - We are not stupid; 'they' must be deceptive - Robert Arthur Menard.

Shes probably a registered Republican, no one ever prosecutes any of the ones that voted for obumer several times

The prosecutor should read the law, and it says the prosecutor has the descretion to prosecute.  Do you really think that taxes aren't wasted by idiot lawyers, and the dumbest are usually prosecutors.  The money goes to good lawyers, who usually are corporate lawyers.  Ask the prosecutor if he is literate, - in english.
