In Los Angeles, protesters gathered in front of City Hall and danced on buses with “peace” emblazoned on the side.

A smaller protest was held in Chicago’s financial district where protesters held placards demanding “Jobs Not Cuts”.

Protesters also turned out in Denver, gathering downtown before marching into the city chanting, “Occupy the streets.”

Occupy was fundamentally started as an anti- capitalist ( derailing the End the Fed) agenda and incorporated the frustrations and shattered "hope" ( i use that word becuase these are Obama heads who still want to believe) of the lower whitish middle classless. You want to End Wallstreet? GET OFF FOOD STAMPS!

When the movement is hijacked this can be witnessed when a socialist looks for a government to solve the problems that we should fundamentally solve ourselves. And have the freedom to do so. When a government pays our way how is it any different than the rich buying your government votes. Be careful as the enigma of true freedom is chanted into a mindless drudgery that is the other end of the spectrum. Complete freedom is close but cannot be calledcomplete untill we can decide. Socialism is not freedom.

To revolt without a purpose or manifesto in place breeds a nesting ground for the a filth that is worse than what we now have. Germany with Hitler, now Obama with a socialistic approach. If it is freedom we fight for then let us free ourselves from a belief that government should redistribute wealth and let us all without government interferences earn for ourselves and let not regulation impede true non-conformist ideals with someone's ideals.

I do condone a peaceful and non violent revolution.  Things will not change unless we speak out.  The old will crumble away and the new awaits!

Well as I have always said people can only take so much, any people, before they push back. I think that the line has been crossed for so many Americans that it is push back time and it is happening now. With 15% of the population out of work there are plenty of people available to show up for protests...

i do NOT condone "revolution". What this land is not a new Constitution but to follow the one already in place. As for those arrested for blocking the Brooklyn Bridge, they were a public safety hazard. Suppose, while they were blockign that bridge, another earthquake occurred, this one of several magnitude stronger? The people that would need to evacuate would be screwed. if this is multipleposted, that is because of a glitch in someone's system...12160's 0r mine, no sure which.
