In yet another shady back room deal, legislation was drafted to essentially freeze FOI in CT. Amazingly, this is another fast track piece of legislation that will not see a committe or public hearing. Well, not really all that amazing when you consider the police report on the shooting is due out in June. Something tells me those paying attention are going to have a lot of issues with that report.
