DUNCAN, Okla. (AP) - A Stephens County judge has scheduled a June 5 formal sentencing for an ex-Marine who was convicted of child sexual abuse.
A jury deliberated more than three hours before finding Charles Dyer guilty on Thursday and recommending a 30-year prison term. Dyer's attorney, Al Hoch, didn't immediately return a message left for comment on Sunday.
Prosecutors charged Dyer in 2010 with child sexual abuse, but a mistrial was declared when the jury couldn't reach a verdict. http://www.koamtv.com/story/17653007/former-okla-marine-convicted-of-child-sexual-abuse

HE was losing his you know what...I walked in the first night. I had a huge round bar that seated 26 people. There was a nice looking young man sitting at the bar. There were about "6" watered down drinks sitting in front of him. I was about to chew the bartender out for over serving. However, I was curious so I asked the bartender why he had so many drinks sitting in front of him. About that time, the bartender delivered him yet another drink.
He turned to me and said (paraphrase-long, long time ago LOL):
This man raped a child in his neighborhood. HE hunted him down and shot him.
HE was out of prison in Texas having only spent 2 yrs.
That young man was in every Friday and Saturday night until I was bought out; and never had to pay for a drink.

Comment by Denise Joy on April 24, 2012 at 5:18pm From what I've read, the back story on both parents is not pretty and I tend to wonder whether Dyer is guilty at all or if this is a case of totally false allegations. If he is innocent, then this is a pretty convenient way to try to discredit the Tea Party and Oath Keepers all in one stroke. Kinda reminds me of the Hutaree debacle.

I do hope some law firm reaches out to him. This is just an atrocity for this man to have to go through this!

I have gone back and forth with the contradictions in his case and what he said years ago still applies .. His journey has been difficult but i suspect God is not done with Mr. Dyer yet..

I have seen these names in chat rooms in my travels and i never trusted that Mystic star she was up front and center collecting money for July 4th patriot and seemed really in the middle always saying nice things about him and his family swearing all the money went to them .. I think she had the family fooled too.. i never did much research into it but followed some of it .. i gave to paypal to help july 4th and it got so messy i watched all the infighting and just said asta lavista babe... i even thought maybe Charles himself was in on it with them ... since i have changed my mind his youtube videos recording his account of what happened to him and when he was missing for a while and his mother was so worried not even the FBI can make this stuff up they are just too stupid ... Sgt. Charles Dyer is in my prayers and needs the protection of Our Father who is more powerful than any standing army .. J4 is a patriot and i hope he is not a footnote in history he deserves much more than that!

I do know they've been collecting money for years, I've sent some also. But I smelled a rat, just couldnt prove anything.
