Do you trust your government?
Polls suggest the answer for most Americans is not no, but hell no.
Pollsters agree that fewer than one in five Americans now believe that their government will do the right thing most of the time.
Yes, a recent spate of scandals about the abuse of federal power have hurt that assessment. When tax collectors and prosecutors get caught secretly crossing the line to abuse the rights of regular citizens it’s bound to be damaging.

That a joke in itself ... I don't trust ANY government and I'm lazy plus jobless yet super talented ... And well corrupt at being opposed to government because I hate a liar no matter where it exists. YOU get out there in my RV lot and pull my weeds in my garden as a stupid landlord and cops try to annoy me for doing the right thing for the beauty and benefit of others in a simple garden.. Just because this hated government sends me a great check doesn't ever mean they own me or have great power to manipulate me... I'd rather live with a homemade bow in my hand anyways before I agree to this government's tactics. I'm sorta not gonna allow this generalization to be so assumed. You aren't really being exposed to the people of the internet when this is your comment.
