the base of the rights we have have been eroded away that people can not even be upset over the illigal demand for Driver License- I once told a constitution lawyer that we lived in a police state and he said name one instant where that where true- I said why is it very time you are pulled over they ask for your papers ? he barked a laugh and said what your Drivers license and Registrations papers ? see conditioning!  in a free nations a police offer can not even ask your name and address with out due cause!  yes we had Crime but we had freedom. because according to the new America and every police officer I have ever talked too. they say the same thing- "their is not five feet you can walk that I can not arrest you for a Crime! "

That is what criminals do, they commit crimes. I recall the 900 FBI files in the White House living quarters when the Clintons were in residence. Just like the IRS illegally exchanging confidences with obama, those FBI files were in the White House illegally. As I wrote, that's what criminals do, they commit crimes. I do not exclude the Republicans, they are no better. A crime is defined as "Any act that violates the Right of Life/Liberty/Property of another."  Rights are inseparable and indivisible, thus Life/Liberty/Property. Lose one lose all: "Each of us has a natural right—from God—to defend his person, his liberty and his property. These are the three basic requirements of life, and the preservation of any one of them is completely dependent upon the preservation of the other two... ." Frederick Bastiat, The Law (1859).

Any act that violates Rights, the Right to Work, the Right to Contract is a crime (personal income tax and sales tax), the Inalienable Right to use the highways and byways (parking meters). So simple, so simple to explain, so simple to understand.
